I could not believe I paid over $9 for a 3 piece tender meal that looked like this. All three tenders put together didn't add up... to one chicken tender. They were literally the size of my fingers. They should be called chicken fingers, not tenders. So alongwith prices sky rocketing, our food has been shaved down to a third of what it used to be and charged double?. ???? I deservemore than a toddler size meal at least. I thought your competition was the only ones that did this. I assume you jumped on thattrend. It's not worth another stop from me. Read more
This has to be the slowest working Popeyes on earth. Over 30 minutes just to get to the order box. They then will make you wait... another 15-20 minutes for the food. I get being busy. I do, I?ve been in drive thru for 50 minutes at this point. Couldn?t getthe order right, forgot sauces, forgot drinks. Read more
Great service. I ordered online and it was so packed when I got there. I had ordered 30min before and it wasn't ready. It wasn't... their fault they were packed. The manager immediately got my order together once he realized it wasn't ready. That meant so muchto me, the chicken and biscuits were so fresh and great. This place really cares about customer service. Give them a breakaround dinner time, Montgomery loves their Popeyes. Read more
We went to the one in Montgomery Tx. We walked in and there were two people one at drive thru the other fixing orders. Neither... spoke to us and even acknowledged we were even there, another customer walked in and she said they're just ignoring us Sothere's that, the food not what we are used to from Popeyes...all in all not a good experience. Will not be back not worth the25 minute drive from Dobbin Tx. Read more
Understaffed. Expect delays. Update: Avoided for months even though I love their chicken. Gave it another chance and had to... wait 30 min after arriving even with ordering ahead in the app. Drive- through worker is nice, no line but everyone is waitingfor their order. Went through the drive thru which was backed up to the street hoping to buy a chicken sandwich, and the man said the waiting... time was around 30 minutes. I asked about the tenders and he told me 30 minutes. I asked what was in the restaurant thatwouldn't take an eternity, he said the chicken nuggets. I don't normally care for chicken nuggets but since I was short on time,I ordered them, along with honey mustard sauce, honey, fries, and a drink. I parked where he told me to wait, and within a fewminutes someone came with my drink, but no food. I found that weird, since the ice would melt before I got my food. Around 30minutes later, someone came with the rest of my meal, I asked for another drink and she told me it would take 5 minutes, so Ijust drove home. When I opened the bag, I found that there wasn't any chicken nuggets, but tenders, which is probably why thewait took 30 minutes. There was also no sauce, no honey, and the fries and tenders were soggy and flavorless. I used the rest ofmy honey mustard dipping sauce, and the rest of my leftover KFC honey packets, which reminded me that I need to go by KFC againand get some more honey packets, so thanks Popeyes, you just gave your competitor more business. 0/10 would not go to thislocation again. Very slow. They only have chicken on the menu. I waited and waited for someone to take my order. Nobody did. I drove to window... and ordered. This is where I see people standing around. Cars are parked waiting. It has now been 28 minutes. I'm at thewindow now waiting for the same 8 piece I ordered 28 minutes ago. Ridiculous. Horrible operation . It is chicken. Cook it andsell it.
