Very happy to have this new location in Montgomery. However today my experience was a bit peeving. Getting orders out in drive... thru line was ridiculous. Had 7 employees in there and yet still some had nothing to do, all while drive thru line was crazy andbacked up. 2 people had to come to window to tell me they were working on my small snowcone. And yet it was wrong even afterwaiting forever. Hopefully with more training and time things will get better. Oh and drive thru window is clear glass so thesnickering and laughing of employees back and forth can def be seen straight out the drive they window. Read more
Sad to have to come on here and do this, as a owner of several franchises I am shocked at how bad the service was, they have... about 6 teenage girls working here and not once did they smile say hi or anything once our order was ready one of the blondegirls opens the window and just stuck her hand out with the ice cream...... didn't say a word then as I grab it, turns away andslams the window shut. Then we came again a few weeks later same thing very rude attitudes and dirty looks especially towardsyounger adults. Not saying don't go here just giving a heads up what you'll expect. Read more
