Called an order in for 2 dinners. 45 minutes wait. Paid for my order. Wait 45 more minutes. No one has any idea if my order.... Then how did you know how much it was? This was your last chance. Will not be back. Nor the 1 st time but certainly the last. Read more

I was very fortunate to have worked with the original owners in dunnellon florida, which was named Carmella?s as well! Ralph and... April were great to work for! Ralph taught me how to make pizza and everything else! He was very patient and after a little bitI caught on and was able to become very good at it! To this day I work at a pizza place! Ralph also taught and helped me withmany things mechanical especially how to work on my motorcycle! He was very generous to teach me so many things. It turns out hewas a true Jack of all trades! Extremely knowledgeable! Unfortunately Ralph passed away 2 years ago! I wish I was still workingfor him! Read more

Was looking for a last second place to eat for a family outing of 13. Called ahead and they had a table set within the 10... minutes it took us to get there. Nice atmosphere, waitress was great, and the food was great. Multiple in the family stated howthey liked the pizza, and I really liked their mild wings. Really a great time. Read more

Unfortunately extremely disappointed in the service. My family and I came in for dinner. We were seated by 5:40pm The bread was... burnt and the tail end of a loaf. The waitress seemed nice enough and took our order. A family behind us ate and left, a couplenext to us ate and left as well. Our food never came to the table until 5 mins to 7pm. While an older couple seated after us hadalready received their meal. When my family asked why it has taken so long we were told well they have a lot of delivery tagsthat they?re doing. I had to have my dinner boxed as my son was growing restless now. My parents orders came out cold, themanager or woman we were speaking to said she could ask the kitchen to cook the orders again. Why? To give them more work on topof a night they apparently already cannot handle? And to have my family wait another hour and a half for a meal again? No.That?s ridiculous. My son and I took our food to go home. If you are going to focus more on delivery than the seated guests donot offer seating. I work in customer care and this was beyond upsetting. Sometimes you fall in over your head, yes. But youalways communicate and improve where you can. Everyone understands when a place is busy, but we looked for someone to speak toseveral times with no luck. We waited patiently and I wish the experience had been better. Read more

I spent $33 at this place for a large pizza, soda, and a wrap with fries. The pizza was good, but the wrap had peppers on it... when i very clearly explained what i wanted on the wrap on the phone. Never had this issue before, thank god i caught it beforei ate it, as im allergic. They should read the order back to you on the phone, so no mistakes like this are made again. Read more

Food was horrible. Shrimp cocktail was $8 for 5 small shrimp. Gluten free pizza had literally 6 chunks of chicken and the onions... were shredded to oblivion. The wings were horribly overcooked and desiccated with zero flavor. And overpriced compared to otherplaces. Biggest waste of money do not eat here unless you want to be disappointed. I wish there was a zero star option. Read more
