Horrible service. Waited in drive thru line for 45 minutes. Checked my order and was missing an item. Went inside to ask them... and the were rude, handed me the food without a bag and when I asked for the bag they just threw it on the counter. It's 9 a.m. they serve breakfast at 6:30 a.m. they do not have any clear instructions on their operationing hours and suggested... I walk through the drive thru the current temperature is 38° I am in a semi.... Thanks for the cooperation? Ordered via mobile app and mind you it wasn't busy at all. On my order I had ask for condiments and they still didn't get it... right and its on the receipt that they are looking at and had to asked them. Also was disappointed with what I had Ordered,didn't taste the same as I had it before. Read more
Fries are suppose to be hot and crispy haha try cold and soggy. This Wendy?s must?ve not got the memo. It?s truly sad they spent... all that money on a renovation and can?t take the time to cook fries while I wait 15 minutes in line for a simple 4 for 4. Davewould not be impressed! Just do better! Wendy's food is always the best. The restaurant on Douglas in Montgomery was recently remodeled and now has a smaller dining... room, but it's bright and welcoming. Based upon my experience, it's always quicker to go inside than to wait in the drive-by.On this last trip there, I waited several minutes before my order was taken but I was still in my truck and driving away withpooping hot food & the guy I would have been behind in the drive-by was just getting to the payment window. Going inside isfaster AND i didn't have to use gas idling in the line while I waited. Better for me, my gas budget, and the environment! Read more
