This Taco Bell in Montgomery is pretty good. The food was good, looked good, packed tacos, packed burritos, packed Mexican... Pizzas. Friendly staff. They didn't BS on how many sauce packs you get per item (I didn't ask for a lot, just 3-4 per largeitem). However, the Taco Bell on 75th Street and Lemont Road in Woodridge/Downers Grove, they said you only get one sauce packetper item. Which, to me, was BS. This in Taco Bell in Montgomery/Oswego was pretty decent and the people that worked there werenice and respectful. I will definitely go back to that one. Read more
Shady place. Bad service, and bad manager too. Order number 384728 by Cashier: Christina. They shorted me on one item thru the... drive thru. When they past on the food, they don?t give you a receipt until you ask for one. When I got home I called and theguy said he is the manager and asked me to drive all the back even if I wanted a refund. He declined to give me a credit on thephone. This is the shadiest place. Had yet another terrible experience at this exact same Taco Bell for breakfast. Terrible service. Zero care in the world. I... asked for iced coffee gave me warm coffee so I asked her. Could I get some iced coffee instead? And she proceeded to say no,wait a second and give me a cup of ice and then let me dump my hot coffee into the cup of ice which obviously did not hold up.She also asked me if I wanted sauce for my breakfast goods and she proceeded to not give me any sauce after me replying. We placed an order thru Uber eats We got the notification saying it was accepted and that it was ready. The driver gets there... and has to call us because whoever the guy working there tonight said they never got the order and it was never accepted. Icalled taco bell. 10 minutes of calling and calling and calling and someone kept a picking up the phone and hanging up. He toldme the same thing and blamed it on DOOR DASH. Once we said Uber eats he said "yeah them too." Then told us to cancel our orderfor a refund. We called Uber eats and they said to give us the refund they have to talk to Taco bell. Again taco bell doesn'tanswer their phone. So we lost our money and got no food. How is it Uber eats fault when taco bell gets their orders immediatelyand it was accepted to this location and was told to get picked up at this location. And you never got the order??? Read more
Drove by late last night and it was 10 minutes before they closed and when I got to the drive-thru they said they were closed. I... told them I thought they were supposed to be open for another 10 minutes and they said "they're out of stuff." I asked what thatmeans and they said they literally sold everything lol. A major franchise like Taco Bell somehow managed to sell all their foodat this location?? I'm noticing this to be a trend in the area where if you go there late at night and they want to get outearly, they'll either say they're short staffed or they're out of food which is ridiculous. The quality of Taco Bell food in general seems to have declined. I had a crunch wrap that had zero crunch and I had to look for... the meat. The burrito supreme also had very little meat and just... wasn't very good. They also forgot the Doritos loco tacosupreme we ordered (and paid for) but as everything was in one big bag, (we had 40.00 worth of food) it was hard to checkthrough it, especially since we were in the drive thru. I remember when taco Bell was good. The employees were polite, nocomplaints about that, but the food was meh. Read more
This is one of the fastest and most accurate locations. When I get to the window they are READY. Special orders don't seem to... take extra time. The drive-thru line is generally short, because they are efficient. (Hey Bell, bring back Taco Salads!) Read more
