If i could give this location 0 stars i would but since i can't here's my honest review. 3-4 Years ago this was my favorite... DD. Now i think is the worst DD location,they have very bad managment,employees with horrible attitude,it has been like that fora while so i do hope they fix that. Today i went for an iced coffee like at 5:15-5:30pm there were 3 employees(teenagers) therejust talking,they saw i was there waiting for somebody to get my order and none of them wanted to take my order so i just walkedout...VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I never used to drink coffee but I became addicted to their Large Iced French Vanilla with 6 cream and 6 liquid sugar. LOVE LOVE... LOVE DUNKIN!!!! I ordered today, 11/22/21 a signature latte, came home, my mistake not checking it before heading out, BUT IT WAS HALF A CUP!... HALF A CUP!! For it to be dead and only 4 people is horrible. Seriously never had a problem here before and the worse part thecoffee wasn?t even for me! Tried calling but the phone is disconnected. It?s been awhile since I go to a Dunkin Donuts and have had my coffee done right. I order a caramel and blue berry iced coffee... with cream only. We came to this location and went inside this time cause last time every order was done wrong or didn?t tasteright. A lady working there took our order and they were all done wrong. So we mentioned it to her and did them again and stilldidn?t taste right. A gentleman by the name of DALE, took over and made sure that our drinks were made right. Thank you DALE fordoing your job and caring about it! I understand many companies are under staffed and this generation doesn?t seem to care abouttheir jobs.
