I've never really had a great experience. Staff will not give you time to look at menu. They'll tell you to "go ahead with your... order" every 5-10 secs even after you've told them to give you a min. The last time I was there (and I will never go back), Iasked for extra Zaxby's sauce at the window and was told by the manager that they don't do add-ons at the window. I told him Ionly wanted about 3 of them and that was it. I had just spent $35 on food for myself and my 2 kids so I didn't understand why hewas being so rude. The manager repeated himself and then told the guy running the window to close the window on me. That washumiliating in front of my kids to be disrespected like that. I did contact corporate to let them know and they responded within12hrs. And they did say that the only add-ons at the window they allow are sauces. It's like the people working here are trying to bankrupt the owners.i just don't understand how you consistently mess people's... orders up, ALWAYS have such poor attitude, zero customer service skills. Today I ordered for my daughter and myself, of coursethe order is wrong and the day before yesterday I grabbed lunch for me and a coworker and a woman constantly cursed and was verynasty because she had to fill the drink machine with ice because it was broken. I went through the drive thru and order the big jack snack, but when I check my food I had three really small tenders that was... cook to hard and the toast also was cook too hard and bi has about seven fries so I had to go inside and get my order done overand it was really good, but still had small amount of fries. Went on 11 July 2022 at 4:40pm. Don?t think I will be going to this location again. I told the lady on the speaker I have a code... for a BOGO big Zax snak. She asked what is the date on the receipt. I told her 4 days ago. She said ok took my order then I gotto the window. Gave the lady at the window my card then I saw on my receipt I was charged for both meals. I told here one wasfree she said well you have to tell me at the window. I said I told the lady on the speaker. She said I didn?t take your orderyou have to tell me in case she doesn?t put it on there. (Btw how am I supposed to know who took my order, I don?t work in fastfood. Whats the point of her taking the order if she isn?t going to do it correctly???) I said why didn?t the lady on thespeaker say that? They don't honor the military discount here. Every time we ask they say they are still getting it "set up." Today was my first... visit in a long time. The restaurant wasn't that busy and the drive thru was moving fast. I wanted to try the new TLC chickensandwich meal, and ordered it. The person at the window had a lump in her bottom lip. While I waited for my food I watched herspit in a cup. Not sure the Health Department is cool with dipping snuff while working the drive thru window. I got my meal andheaded home. I noticed on the way home I smelled something like ketchup. My sandwich is supposed to be just a fried chickenpatty with lettuce and tomato on a bun. Opened the box when I got home and it was the wrong meal, a Kicken Chicken sandwich,which is spicy. I thought about driving back for one minute, then just ate it. This is the slowest FASTFOOD restaurant in Montgomery. Waited in line for 10 mins to give them my money with only one car in... front of me. Then when I get to the window I?m asked to pull up!!! No problem (another 10 to 15 min just make sure it some hotfood) NOPE!!!!!!!!! I had to get out of the car walk to every door (they all was locked) so I walked to the window asking whereis my food??? The girl is looking puzzled. And my food is just sitting on the counter!!! The young girl was standing/ cleaningright by my food and said I didn?t know that this bag needed to be taken out!!!! how in the hell you didn?t know to take thefood out!??!?!? Very disappointed.
