Great quick spot for lunch. Very popular with the delivery services. Has burgers, wings, and fried rice. The burgers are meaty,... juicy and flavorful. Fried rice was not overly seasoned with soy sauce which allowed the meat and vegetables to be tasted.French fries are served hot and plentiful without that frozen potato flavor. This used to be one of my favorite places. Recently the food quality has taken a bad turn. The last time we ate here the... Korean cheesesteak was missing the spicy sauce and they drowned it in watery juice in the container so it was a soggy mess. Thesteak itself had an off smell to it like old meat, but not enough that I didn?t eat it. Our side of okra wasn?t cooked quiteright either. The time before this we tried the wings and the ?kitchen sink? cheesesteak. The wings were small and dry, andthe most expensive cheesesteak was surprisingly small and really dry. Also ran into an issue recently where they closed hoursearly for no obvious reason. This place is expensive; but used to be worth the price for quality food. Something changed and Ithink we are going to take a break from it for a while. Gave an extra star because it might just be a temporarymanagement/employee problem, but I see quite a few other negative reviews adding up. Read more

15 July 2022 This was my first time dining at any WNB Factory. I noticed it by error one day I intended to shop at Publix. I was... impressed. I ordered the double cheeseburger small combo as I wasn't familiar with the size of their hamburger patties. Let'sput it this way, the next time I will order a single. Wow there were a LOT of tater tots!!!! I thought the heck withcarbohydrates and consumed all of them. The tots had to be freshly fried as they were hot and absolutely not greesy at all. YesI did have to wait longer than usual, but my personal opinion is I am willing to wait for freshly cooked food. I was impressed.The two young ladies working the front were friendly, polite and courteous. I highly recommend this restaurant. Read more

Ordered through ubereats. The delivery guy was great but the food was terrible!!! The wings are fried and overcooked. The... chicken inside was not even chicken it was hard like a stick. We got two 8 bone in wings with tater tots. The tots even tastedfunny with a chicken taste and crunchy hard. This is a very premium hamburger place to eat especially for montgomery. It is high scale and it is to cook to order. The... sandwich was very Hardy yet a very juicy sandwich in my opinion, needs toasted bread. - 3/10 of a point! Also I asked for thefries to be cooked hard and since it's cooked to order hard fries should never been. - 3/10 of a point!
