Yall I did an in store pickup order. Let me tell y'all I am so picky about my salads but this lady nailed it! Perfect... proportions perfect dressing and everything I asked for. When I walked in to pick it up she made me feel like we had beenbestfriend for years. Awesome customer service, awesome food! I have never had a better experience than I did at thislocation!!! I sent some in to get a sandwich for me and was advised the worker was very rude and disrespectful. And to top it all off she... made the sandwich wrong. And wend he went back to get it corrected she went word for word with him and told him to come backtomorrow when a manager would be there. I was told in the past that staff was horrible but now I see first hand what I was toldhasn't changed Let's do better don't just hire a person to fill a spot hire one that wants to work. Read more

1/11/21 I don?t appreciate the female worker making a statement to another customer that was waiting in line, saying, ? sorry... sir, I didn?t think they?ll take that long?, when she was the one sitting down with her friend talking and eating while theother worker was on the line by his self making food. I ordered two footlongs thru the app. Got to the store and they didn?t have NO BREAD. I asked for a refund was told she wasn?t... authorized to refund anything off the app. She went back to talking to her friend like I wasn?t in the store. Their inspection score displayed from 4 months ago was a 95 . It was for this reason that I decided it was ok to try here... again after my last visit nearly a year ago, when the experience left me with little to almost no desire to return because ofthe workers, ( who were no where to be seen today thank goodness.) I watched (as I did then) as my order was prepared to myspecifications. Today's service was much neater, faster and all around efficient than my last visit. The staff today did nothave hair past their shoulders where they had to constantly use one hand to sweep it back. Neither female had on sagging pantsthat they had to continually pull up. Though one did have on jeans that were ripped in several places as is stylish today. But,she should realize that a servers in restaurants (even Subway) she should not be dressing for "style". At least not that style,it says "street" or "laid back" not, "I'm about business". I give four stars out five for the food. And 2-3 for overall customerservice.
