Out of all the fast-food around my office this Subway holds the cake. I placed an online order for a salad with no cucumbers... and asked to chop it up some so I could eat it easily. They open whenever they're ready, not at the scheduled time, attitudes are not necessary! It really makes it hard to keep coming... back when, even the staff hate coming! Its really not that serious to have a attitude about work for pay! DO BETTER!!!! Read more
I order from this store every Saturday on my way to work. I don't know the young man's name...but he ALWAYS gets my order... perfect. The place is clean but terrible customer service. There was a special going on where I could get a foot long sub, a cookie,... chips, and a drink for $9. It had to be the special of the day which for that day it was a club I told the lady working therethat was good expect I didn?t want the turkey or roast beef on it. Which she said was fine and I could still get the deal. Thenafter my sandwich was made I went to the counter to check out and I was told I could not get the deal. After arguing for a fewminutes they finally gave it to me. I will likely never go back there again which is unfortunate because it is quite close to mywork.
