I have had good experiences with this location in the past, but when I went this last time they forgot my drink and then said... they would look for it, but didn?t offer to remake it? I ended up waiting over a half an hour and had to ask them several timesif they could just make it since the sticker was obviously not coming up? kind of disappointing. The cashier was very professional for one seemingly so young. I was very impressed. However I had to wait approximately 10... minutes for my hot coffee without an apology. The person who came in after me received an apology for waiting. I guess theapology is for special people ????????????????!!! Read more

Okay so I came to a Starbucks location in the middle of Crenshaw and I walked in and I couldn't believe how big and beautiful... and clean the Starbucks was. They even have a little station for ice water. The two Baristas that I encountered happened to bethe friendliest that I have met in about a year or two living in LA. Being around busy Starbucks in Hollywood and WestHollywood, you get used to being around people that are slightly agitated and not friendly. It was refreshing to be around kindand engaging people. The girl's smile (Starbucks employee) made me feel a little fuzzy, as the Christmas music played softly inthe background. Read more
Lately its been hit or miss with being able to order inside. Some days the door is locked which causes an inconvenience when you... order ahead on the app. It also created a really long line in drive thru which causes traffic to back up onto Zelda Rd (notideal). Sometimes the staff will place you on hold for a long time at the drive thru as well and they don't seem very productiveinside.
