I have pulled up to the Sonic push the red button Got a notification to wait. A car beside me pulled up push the red button and... was waiting on. I had to get out of the car to get service. Once they did acknowledge me in the car he was very sarcasticstating everybody has been waiting. I should not have to be talked to any kind of way especially after someone who I know pulledup after me got waited on before me. This has been a horrible experience. I left! Read more
we ordered online and this unnecessary human delivered 4 "blasts" aka watery milkshakes with no distinguishable difference... between them, regardless of the variety of ingredients ordered. they mixed one so badly the bottom was 1 1/2" of Snickers andm&Ms, but somehow they managed to blend the fudge and cookie dough so heavily that it was basically a chocolate ice cream whipof devastatingly grainy consistency. also she forgot all of our whipped cream which is basically a hate crime Read more
I don't know how this location is still open and it probably won't be for long. Food took forever even after saying it was on... its way through the tracker. Food wasn't that great and was given the wrong drink. Called Sonic about this and they offered afree drink with purchase rebate. Same thing that's on every receipt. Sonics solution to not giving me what I had paid for was togive me the opportunity to spend more money with them. Hard pass. Read more
Food wasn?t bad & they?re slow as always. I?m giving it a two star because I asked for a banana chocolate milkshake and you... couldn?t even taste either. Tried calling them a couple of times to see if I could come back and get a new one, no one answered.I would?ve stayed and got a new one, but I had to be back at work soon. As usual, Sonic can be counted on for slow service and rude voices through the order speaker. The food was ok at least. I... brought my daughter because she won a coupon for a free corn dog. I ordered the 3-piece chicken tender box and my tenders came out burnt. I informed the employees and they told me that they are... going to keep coming out like that. I went to Sonic tonight to get some food and had a craving for one of their blasts. I ordered a medium Oreo Blast and... specifically asked for light Oreos in my blast. Needless to say they failed as usual. First of all the price that I paid forthis treat, you would think they would at least fill the cup up. Not only did they not give me what I asked for, when my orderwas brought to me. , I noticed that my blast was not filled up. Whomever made the oreo blast did not take the time out to mixthe oreos into the ice cream. I am super disappointed in this place.
