If I could rate it 0 stars, I would. I?ve had terrible experiences at every Sonic that I?ve visited in Montgomery and... Prattville. My daughter had a dance performance rehearsal at the zoo and we decided to go by Sonic for drinks/slushies. Iplaced a mobile order for 2 sodas and a slushie. I pulled into a stall, marked that I was there and which stall I was in. Thescreen showed my order was being prepared then being brought out. Twenty minutes after the screen said my order was on its way,it had not arrived, so I pressed the button as if to place an order. Eight minutes after pressing the button, someone finallyresponded to me. They told me I would need to pull around to the drive thru window to pick up my order. I picked up my orderand it was obvious that it had been sitting for the almost 30 minutes since I had checked in. I tried to take a drink of myslushie and almost vomited. It wasn?t until I got home that I realized why. All of the flavored syrup for my slushie was at thebottom of my cup. Order taker must've been deaf: I said cherry limeade, they heard sweet tea. I said 2 burgers, they repeated it as 4. Food took... forever and we didn't even know if the order was in until they brought it to us because the screen went black, then when it cameup again it was ready for a NEW order.
