It's been a long time since I've been to a Red Robin but this was definitely a good experience. The service was fast and... friendly. The restaurant was clean and inviting. The food was good. Food was great and it was a great value. Love that you can get unlimited aides, and can change them up as you go. The service... was slow but friendly. I was concerned at the amount of dirty dishes sitting unattended on tables and in the bar areas. Read more

We had a family of 5 adults and 2 kids on a Saturday, early evening. No wait to be seated. No wait for service. Food came out... perfect! I love that I can get a gluten free bun or lettuce bun. Only downside this day was sitting directly under an air vent,but we eat better when cold than when hot, so didn't ask to move. We will be back. Read more

Ate here 9/2/22. FIVE STARS for the service I received today! When I first walked in I was immediately greeted. I ordered an... online order that was ready exactly at the time provided! Got my bag, and it had extra napkins, packets of mayo, mustard ofketchup! (Not having to ask and they?re included is amazing) .. the burger was fresh, and hot and had exactly what I specialordered!!! Stopped for lunch on a Saturday. It was moderately busy and the service was great. I wasn't that hungry so I had the simple... grilled chicken salad and it was pretty good. One of the guys had the Mushroom burger afcs he said it was pretty good. Theyserve beer and cocktails too. Read more

I'm really torn because prior to my last visit, I had experienced nothing but great service and food here. However, this past... time, we were seated at a dirty, nasty table. When we asked if someone could clean it, the hostess took a dry napkin or rag and"cleaned" it (I guess according to her standards). No cleaning solution was used. So, we went to the bathroom, got some soap andwater on towels and cleaned the table ourselves. Next, our server was friendly but hardly ever came to the table. The food wasgood, but when I asked for a to go box, I was given a dirty one. Obviously, I gave that one back and asked for a clean one andwas told there were no more left. So, I guess I was initially given a dirty, used one and they weren't going to tell me that andhope I just didn't notice. So many red flags, with the first being the hostess not giving us a clean table or properly cleaningit, I really wish I would have just left in the beginning. First off our server was kind and attentive. But.. the kitchen staff needs to step up. Our burgers were not seasoned and bland.... The fries were for lack of better words rubbery. We ordered the Banzai Burger ($11.59) and Bacon Cheese Burger ($12.39), both is definitely delicious. The sides are unlimited... (there are alot of options) we got the sweet potato and garlic fries. We like it so much.. The service is good, it took a littletime for our orders to arrive (25mins). They'll ask you how you'll like the burger patty (rare, medium rare, medium well, welldone). When you finish, the payment counter is right on your table, the little tablet on top of it is a mini portable cardreader.. the light will turn green once the payment is done. Read more
