Be Careful using your debit or credit cards at these restaurants. These young folks really do be looking to use your card... number. When I purchased with my card pass me my card back, don't hold my card with the receipt walking back and forth. Read more
Disappointed, ordered food didnt want the drink and frys, instead of telling me its cheeper to order the pick 5, they charge me... a full $10 for 4 crystals. When I questioned the price the cashier rolled their eyes at me and didnt offer to fill the rest ofthe order, wasnt going to take it anyway probably would have spit in the drink. I usually don't write reviews, but I was really disappointed. I visited the Krystal's on Zelda Rd, Montgomery AL., on Thursday... night. I went through the drive thru, ordering the 12 Krystal regular sack full. The website stated one price, but I wascharged more at the window. I ordered half with onions and half without. Due to health reasons, I cannot eat onions. I waitedfor 15 minutes before my order was brought out to me. I was told it was going to be a wait, which I was okay with, thinking theywere short staffed. As I waited outside, I happened to look inside and saw a female employee coming from the bathroom. She stoodinside the bathroom texting and proceeded to empty the trash. She didn't wash her hands and a very short time later brought myfood out to me. I took the food and left not saying anything hoping in that small window of time she washed her hands. By thetime I was able to check my food I was to far away to go back. The half that was supposed to be without onions, I could tellthey had had onions on them but had been scraped off, leaving some onions on them. Because of that, I was unable to eat them. I didn't call the restaurant because the employees weren't very friendly to begin with and I didn't feel as though they would careor make it right anyway. Read more

I haven't been to a Krystal since 6 months ago. I decided to give this business a chance to redeem themselves. I order a... breakfast Scrambler with bacon add a sausage. Have they shrink the products. I also request extra black pepper. I didn't evenreceived a receipt. This is look at the pictures and judge yourself. It's a long wait but your food comes out hot. It's understaff but still trying to give great drive thru service. The burgers are... gross but that's definitely my tastebuds because my son loved them! Overall everything was prepared well, and it's alot offast-food options on the menu that's easy for on the go. Read more
I drove here after Prattville Krystal was closed. Thankfully they were open. I ordered a bag of 12 with cheese at the... drive-thru. The lady attendant tried to deter my visit stating they had "a hold on the grill" and I could expect a 15 minutewait. I agreed, much to her surprise and dismay. After the long line moved for me to get to the window, and I waited the 17minutes, my order was wrong, no cheese on my Krystals. After the attitude from the clerk, I drove away. Read more
