I ordered a famous bowl & other food. I went to work because I forgot my lunch. I?m so very displeased with service because I... paid for my food and barely got any gravy and the cheese was cold. I ended up having to throw it away when I got to work becauseI don?t like mash potatoes without gravy. I called them to let them know the situation and they told me to bring it back. Imentioned to them that I threw it away & I?m on the clock. The lady on the phone explained to me that they have to get the foodback in order to fix THEIR mistake. I asked her why can?t they write my name down and allow me to come get the food later? Theydenied this and said they have to get something back in order to make new food for me. This is absolutely ridiculous and they?recheap. They don?t care about the customers happiness. Will never come here again. Read more

KFC is my favorite place to order or pay for but tonight, puuuuuuuu. My hubby ordered a chicken sandwich and for me a Colonel... box (extra chrispy) with Cole slaw and Mac & cheese. When he got home he had no extra Chrispy chicken and no Cole slaw or Mac &cheese just mashed potatoes and green beans. I THOUGHT BY MOVING TO THE SOUTH I COULD GET FANTASTIC SOUTHERN COOKING. I waswrong. We have been here 4 years and tried all 3 KFC near us. Guess we will have to move back to TENNEESSEE. Read more
I wish I would not even rate this kfc but this morning I went to go have lunch and I get my food and i leave and I come home and... I?m opening my food and my mash potatoe had like this white awful smell inside, it smelled soooo bad it was white, some ladieswho worked there were working in today, there were like 5 or 6 of them, I will NEVER EVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN NEED TO FIRE THESELadies if they can?t simple take our order correctly then maybe go find someplace else or maybe not !!!!???????? Back story. Mom wanted chicken after her eye surgery appointment. Got to KFC at 4:45.ordered a 12 piece bucket, crispy. With... green beans, mashed potatoes, and French fries. Also ordered a 2 piece meal for my mom, with 2 legs and 2 extra mashed potatoes.Was told it would be a 15 minute wait. So I parked. After 20 minutes, someone came out and asked for my receipt. She took it andmaybe 5 or so minutes later my order comes out. Asked if the 2 piece and potatoes were in the bag. She said yes ma'am. I leaveand get stuck in traffic for a wreck for 30 minutes. Get to my moms house and pull out the bag to give her, hers. I received, a12 piece bucket, original. Mashed potatoes, Macoroni and cheese, Cole slaw, and 5 Biscuits. That's it. So I gave my mom foodout of the bucket. After getting her settled I got home at 6:15. After waiting on the phone to be unbusy, the answered at 6:41.Told me to bring back what I had and they would replace it. That's fine and all, if I didn't live on the other end of AtlantaHighway, If I didn't get stuck behind a wreck, if I wasn't taking care of my mom. I'm tired, it's been a long day. She saidbring it tomorrow. Well this was the dinner for my family. I can live with what I got. Husband is sticking the chicken in theover to crisp up. So I won't have it for tomorrow. So I payed over $50 for incorrect, incomplete order. I had to make do. Ireally just wanted to be refunded for the 2 piece and potatoes. But since I had to feed my family. I get no correction. Fast service. Delicious. Placement of this location is odd to get to but totally worth it.
Very slow service. It would be nice to know if it would take extended times to cook an item when ordering in the drive-thru if... that food item was not ready. Read more
