I went to this store for the first time. The young woman at the window was rude and rushed me to order and I was the only person... in line. I got a turkey sub I wasn't asked what I wanted on the sandwich, it had very little meat, it was cold... when I gothome I added mayo, pickle, onion, cheese and more turkey! Never in life did that. They really were freaky fast!Especially for a big order. Both staff members I talked to were so courteous and willing to answer... questions. It was my first time ordering at a Jimmy John's and it was a pleasant experience. The sandwich was great,too. I have been waiting for quite some time to experience a sandwich from JJ's and today i had that opportunity. I stopped by for my... first time experience and i got the Kicken Chicken and my sandwich was soooo hard. Needless to say i did not expect that. I meanafter seeing advertisements of how JJ's and how they take so much pride in making their sandwiches and freshbread i couldn'twait to try one of their subs. But i was overwhelmingly disappointed. I did talk with the manager which i felt was a littleclueless to my complaint. After voicing my concerns there was a moment of silence...no apology by the way...and then he said theonly thing i can do is offer u another sandwich and he sounded scared to do that. I mean that was the least i expected and anapology would have been nice also especially after explaining to him my first time stoppping at JJ and after telling him that ifthis is what JJ had to offer then i wouldn't be stopping by again. Still no apology!!!! So he then said to come by the next dayafter 10:30 after he's made bread and i don't think that did him any favors by saying that because now I think if i come beforethen that i will get more hard bread. I arrived at 1 pm to order a sandwich, a turkey club to be exact, before placing my order, I was informed that the sandwich shop... had ran out of bread. How does this happen at 1 pm! So I decided to order a lettuce wrap which cost $10. Promptly asked fora refund. Lettuce wrap was not worth the money. Read more
CALL BEFORE YOU GO! If you?re trying to get some food from this place after 5pm, CALL to see if they are open. They are ALWAYS... closed after 6pm on the weekends. One day I drove by there and I saw them hiding in the lobby?lights out. Another time I went bythere at six in the evening and they had BEEN closed. If the franchise owner is TRYING to go out or business, you?re doing aGREAT JOB, bc one night there was an entire baseball team there trying to get food. 10/10 would NOT recommend. Read more
It was pretty good today but they were out of regular white sub bread. So i got wheat instead which is fine. But for a place... that makes sandwiches. You'd think bread would be a priority. Hence why im only giving 4 stars apart from that. Good experienceover all Read more
