The tucked inside alley feel is nice on approach, as is the sound of running water from the indoor fountain once inside its... softly lit interior. Well laid out with the bar up front totally separate from the eating area, as well the bath rooms well tothe rear down a hallway ( but easy to find). Sports played on the few tvs with music very softly in the background. Food wasdelivered hot and the chicken had an excellent flavor. My chimichanga had ample amounts of both cheese sauce and tomatoes, noskimping here. The chimichanga itself was of a moderate size. My daughter's soup was a large portion. Worst experience, Very bad customer service. 1. Found chicken piece in my side dish of Jalepano. Showed it to server, But he... did not even bothered he just acknowledged that yes it is chicken. 2. Chips were smelling bad, We ordered chips and Guacamolesince chips were bad, we asked server on very next moment to check the chips but he was literally high on something and he hadno idea what to do. We asked for check and he counted all the orders even though Chips and Guacamole we dint touched. 3. Weshared whole story to manager looking person and he was mean enough to talk about positive points of the day (yes, our other 2orders were up to expectations) and did not even expressed any sorrow or concerns on Chicken piece in Vegetarian dish. This "Alley" restaurant is wonderful. It's quite busy so plan to be close to other people inside. The service is good and the... food is excellent. Read more
Great food at a great price. My family and I eat here quite often.
Went to Jalapeons Mexican Restaurant about two weeks ago and got the steak fajitas. It was REALLY good and what I considered a... very large portion for lunch. I was in the mood for Mexican food today and went back to Jalapenos Mexican Restaurant and gotthe Quesadilla Steak fajitas and they were WONDERFUL!!! I highly recommend their food. Read more
I have seen pictures of this food and I needed to try! This food was absolutely delicious and made me want to try everything on... the menu! A great selection as well as friendly service. Our waiter was super outgoing and welcoming. Overall amazingexperience. This is ?Pollo loco? / steak loco. I got steak and it was so cheesy and filling. My fav off the menu fromeverything.
