Staff was decent and semi friendly! They seemed so busy to be so empty. Food tasted old or under warmer too long! Thought it... would be hot n fresh but the drink was delicious and for that I would give them another chance. The advertised "chickennuggets" was not available! I visited this location for breakfast and the skinny cashier that was at the drive thru had the worst attitude. The reason... behind the attitude was because she had just got to work. They need to replace her with somebody with a more positive attitudeto continue to bring business . I will not be visiting this location ever again. Read more
I was very disappointed in my inability to get what I really wanted from the restaurant I was told that they were only allowed... to give me the pieces that were already cooked. My husband eats certain pieces of chicken only. They only had two pieces that Iate and not any that he eats. I was told they could not cook anymore chicken until what they had cooked already was sold . I wasa little confused of the fact they can only cook four pieces at a time and until all that was sold they can't cook anymore thatwas kind of heartbreaking because I wanted fresh serving of chicken and I didn't want just one piece or two pieces I wanted toget what I needed for myself and my family and was told I couldn't do that until all the chicken was already prepared was sold.Which were not the parts that we ate. . What's happened to Jack's? They used to have good serve and good food. Lately serve is more like a inconvenience for the... employees to have to take care of a customer and food has gone down hill. Made our order and seems like ever side we wanted theydidn't have. So we got what they had as sides and ordered our drinks. We get to the window and are given small drinks and weretold (with a horrible attitude) they didn't have any large cups. Ok but we paid for large and got small drinks and no change inthe price. Now to the food.... It must have been sitting out for a while because it was luke warm at best. Coleslaw tasted sour.But the at least the biscuit was good. May have to rethink our options next time for takeout. Read more

Service is horrible, staff doesn't care. I made a mobile order (in an attempt to get in and out quickly) which apparently is... automatically lowest priority. The food needed to fulfill my order was served at least twice while waiting for my order to befulfilled. Had avoided this location for the last 9 months after service sharply declined, obviously for good reason. Diningroom tables were not clean. Women's bathroom is out of order so men's is being used as unisex with no ability to lock the door. Read more
