I never give places 1 star. But my every interaction with this place is absolute garbage. Whoever the female manager is, talks... with an absolute sneer in her voice whenever I call. And Unfortunately I talk to her almost every time because there is alwayssomething wrong. This is the only place I can get delivered to me on base on the weekends and I would rather starve thenbother to deal with them again. Just order someplace else. Read more
As I stated in the burger king review, I hate to give places on base 1 star. I enjoy the base community and want to patronize... these businesses. But they have to do better! Last night, we spent $70 on two pizzas and 34 wings. My kids love the plain wings.This time, however, our wings came with some extra. One of them had a hair wrapped around it and was cooked. Given what the poor workers are going through so much, the manager is super sweet and still very pleasant. They may not always... be able to deliver. I personally applaud the workers for remaining so positive on the surface. Read more
Day 1...This place is horrible. I come in, no greeting, no acknowledgement, and have to be told by another customer they are... out of chicken and cheese....CHEESE! Another customer comes up and asks if his pizza is almost done and the main clerk says,"yeah, it's been done." The customer says, wow I have been staring at those boxes for 45 minutes waiting for you to callme." Day 2...I atempt to give them another chance. I get a greeting this time, but realize no one is wearing a mask, no one iswearing a hairnet, or beard cover and the customer service is just as lousy. Any customer deserves better, but especially thecustomers on Maxwell AFB. This place should probably be closed down. I come to Maxwell a lot, but will not come back to thisDomino's. Read more
I'm a big fan of Domino's Pasta Primavera. For the first time ever, today I felt Domino's is running out of adequate ingredients... to make the right pasta! I have never eaten so dry and miser pasta! The bowl lacked adequate white sauce and cheese. Also theamount of vegetable was awkwardly less! Never seen such preparation before from my favourite Domino's! I don't know whathappened, but I guess the chef at this specific outlet of Maxwell AFB, Montgomery needs to gear up to keep up the greatness ofDomino's! Read more
First and foremost CLEAN PLACE. I called in the order. I ordered Manager's SPECIAL, three toppings for $7.99. When I get there,... that is not what they tried to charge myself. Certain meats have an up charge??!! Ok I can live with that. Next time let meknow, and let me decide. Please do not try and sneak extra charges in, very poor business practices. ???? Read more
Acceptable service, but when overwhelmed by orders, the service and estimations become exponentially slower. The first time this... happened, we?d placed the order 3 hours in advance for a birthday party and due to an unforeseen influx of orders, we were madeto wait an additional 1.5 hours. This has happened several times after as well...however...the first time it happened themanager was incredibly apologetic and offered a free cookie/brownie dessert to make up for the delay. Read more
The lady that works there is so rude. They close early all the time Tonight they closed at 730, their hours are until 8 and... delivery until 10. There is always an excuse of why they can't cook a pizza after 7. I've been talked down by her so many timesit's an absolute joke. Read more
