The drive thu lady was polite. But the fact that my chicken looked like it was refried is unacceptable. You should look at the... food you serve in drive thru and ask yourself would you eat this before giving it out. Thankful I had to go to work. But Idefinitely will not visit this place again. Inside locked so even if you have an online order you have to wait in drive thru line . Waited at the speaker for 5-8 mins no... one greeted me or told me to hold . No response after saying hello twice . Pull around to the window . Still a wait . Alsodidn?t see any cars pull behind me so they are still waiting . Food is already paid for and can?t go in to get refund .Terrible service . I have now been waiting 20 mins total and still haven?t spoken with anyone . Initially one star but up to atwo because the lady at the window was accommodating and nice . The system went down and they were out of a lot of stuff . Shewas able to substitute my order and didn?t make me wait back in line . However the chicken was old . It didn?t taste well andshe gave me the wrong drink even after I told her what I ordered . Absolutely no customer service skills. Cashier/manager was so rude. We were given wrong information about what comes with a... certain family meal, and when the food came, we were upset. When we tried to order more food, she got mad, threatened to refuseservice. So ignorant and unprofessional. Read more
Hard over done or something am sorry it's usually ok it was dryed out I paid 29$ i had paid for it and had to pull up front but... that was ok I just didn't like how hard and dry it was but I will try it again because this is the one I used to love so maybe Icame on the wrong day Read more

Visit on Tuesday 6- 6:30pm, 1 other customer Pros: coupon, hot chicken Cons: didn't receive 2 receipts, not greeted or told... TY. Come again, attitude by one who filled drink & one who filled orders (huff & puff acted like they hated having to dosomething) no smiles, coupon for lemon drop biscuits... said that hadn't made any. Omg this place took forever, for starters I went on the inside not knowing it wasn't open (but the door was open). I was told... it's drive-thru only, ok cool so I go around to the drive thru. And omg it literally took 5 mins to order a simple drink andokra, then to get to the window and wait another 10 mins just for that. So if your store is only drive thru, why is it taking 30mins to order and receive your food.... unacceptable Read more
