I?m giving five stars purely for the employee that served us at the drive thru on Tuesday, August 23rd, 2022 on our way back... from PCB. She had the best attitude and made an impression me and my three friends. She was the only one besides a cook or twothat showed up for work that day and she was running the drive thru and dining area by herself. She let us know immediately thatshe was operating by herself and apologized profusely for the wait time. She deserves a raise. She could have easily been rudeand hateful but she chose to make the best of things and be pleasant. Read more
Excruciatingly slow. The only reason I didn't bail is because there was a curb there blocking me in. On the plus side, they at... least get my order right 60% of the time and their slowness is consistent. Read more
This Burger King needs new operators or honest manager. Employees can close and open anytime. Online it says open until 11PM but... they close anytime they want. Employees are sleeping in the store. I hope this message can reached to highest Managment. Read more
Literally the WORST Burger King I have ever been to. We waited over 20 minutes to order?I would have pulled off but once you... pull in drive thru you are stuck in it due to the curbs not allowing you to pull out of line. Once they came onto the speakerthey asked us to wait again and 10 minutes later they came back and we ordered biscuits only to be told they have no biscuits.So we ordered croissants and a sourdough melt. At least 20 mins to get our food after that. The croissants were bad, had a weirdtaste and the sourdough sandwich was not even grilled. Don't go! Locked in drive thru because of Island, sat there 15 min line never moved, got to speaker no one spoke I finally asked... can I order, they said it will be a while before I could. There was no one else in front of me at all everyone left. What theheck! And all the lights were off everywhere. Scary. It was 6pm btw Read more
