Yeah I know eat at home bc it?s best. Sometimes you just need something a bit quick before work or simply after a long day when... you don?t feel like cooking. This place is crazy bc it gives really good customer service but food quality is atrocious downright bad. Your going to mainly come to BK for a whopper but when they always lukewarm to cold patties never seem fresh it?sjust terrible. I waited to write a review bc one time I came here one manager worked alone. Older guy made me the best and mostfreshest BK meal I ever had. Ever since then never seen him again mostly younger guys working like I said good customer serviceskills but their lacking bad on the food they serve. Just wish ppl in Montgomery took more pride in making food properly in fastfood spots they work at. BK is all around an awful experience, but this location is the worst of all. After 11sm amd it's like they've just opened and... have no idea how to do their job. Can't even give my $$ back without me pulling forward while I wait on my food...and I'm theonly customer here! Really? Read more
Store is filthy, food on the floor, tables nasty with food & dried, sticky soda on them. Only 2 employees. Couldn't even get a... receipt cause they couldn't even put paper in the machine, the employee has to take my phone & take a picture of my receipt.Absolutely rediculous. This store needs to be closed or needs rehires. Read more

Went in to order around 2:30pm. An employee was counting down a money drawer. He politely said he would be with me in a minute.... I waited a while, then an older, also polite lady took my order. My double whopper with cheese was correct but it wasn't evenwarm enough to melt the cheese. I miss the days when we received a nice, HOT, burger instead of room temperature. There was noice in the self-service customer ice machine. The Diet Coke was flat and nasty tasting. They put a little ice in the cup Ireceived. I got myself a refill with no ice. The place was filthy with all kinds of food and used napkins on the floor. The twoladies working were doing tasks non-stop. The manager and two other employees were on their phones the whole time I was there.Obviously, there was plenty of free time, while on the clock, to take 10 minutes to at least sweep the floors and wipe the dirtytables off instead of me having to ask for napkins so I could clean a table. There were no napkins,no ketchup, or mayonnaise onthe customer self service counter. Very poor representation by the lazy employees! I will not be back to this location again. Somany small corrections could be fixed which would certainly increase rather than decrease the once great Burger King! Read more
