The people were very nice and very helpful but they didn't have anything I wanted
I just want to take a moment to thank Anthony the young man who was working to drive through when we received our order he was... the epitome of excellent customer service he was very polite kind respectful made sure we had everything we needed and thensome! I can't tell you the last time I saw this level of customer service at a fast food chain in Montgomery Alabama in fact Idon't think I ever have! Whomever the new cook is need to be replaced! The crinkle fries were too old. Curly fries not seasoned. The drinks were poured... down the sink because the mix was horrible besides that we asked for a Dr. Pepper and got Rootbeer. Asked for Coke Zero butgot a Diet Coke. Fast foods are under the impression that we can tell the difference in diet and zero but we know! The chickensandwich was not up to standard. My chicken was flat as if a filet had been cut into two. Stopped by this evening (8/23/2022) ordered 2 beef and cheddar sandwiches with 2 small fries. The employee from the start was... extremely rude, threw my bag at me then locked the window after I honked to get her attention that they messed up myorder. Instead of what I ordered, I got 2 half wrapped roast beef sandwiches with no cheddar on them, cold and inediblefries. The employee finally came to the window and said they weren?t going to re-do my order because it was 10pm and they needto clean and go home. I hope the franchisee sees this, because if this is what you continue to hire, I hope your store is shutdown soon. Read more
Only went through drive thru for fries and a coke. Cashier was courteous and did not rush me through my order. Fries were hot... and soda was cold. I'm not an Arby's fan but I will go back. Read more

Editing review down from 5 to 2. Not sure what happened to this store but they took 30 minutes to get our food, they're always... out of Dr Pepper, and they didn't even have condiment cups out. Come on Arby's, I know you're better than this. Read more
