Terrible customer service today. I had an encounter with a rude staff at the Food Court named, Elena. Suggestion; if you don't... like your job then maybe you should look for another one. She has a nasty attitude, and a lack of respect for customers. Thewait time is ridiculous. Was told it would be a 15 minute wait and it turned into an hour. Read more
Super bomb for the price!
Members only, now. Costco food court is amazing Too bad it's almost always packed around lunch time to closing. Ordering kiosks... are located inside the building after the checkout lines. The workers probably think they're minor food service workers for thecorporation, but I think their work is one of the main attractions for Costco. Why else would the company be willing to take aloss for each sale that happens there? :) Read more
The food court is only open to Costco members now. This means that the lines are shorter. There is also the addition of kiosk... ordering, which means you can order a few pizzas, do your shopping or get gas and come to pick up your order by number. I do notlike that there are only two pizza topping choices (cheese and pepperoni). I hope the topping is determined by location andsales. The drink tops seem to be more flimsy; then again, maybe I just received a bad one. The frozen yogurt is gone; there'sonly plain ice cream left. Read more
