Food is great. However, the ladies working drive-thru have an attitude every time I go. When I try to ask for condiments they... hand me my food and walk off. Never repeat my order back and always charge me extra or charge me for something else.Unprofessional. Read more
Can't believe they charge to refill soda! Cmon when u go to a fast food you expect to get a couple of refills especially when... they fill the cup up all the way with ice n with this heat. Next time I'll just head to Mc Donald's next door n get they're onedollar drinks instead of a 3 dollar cup at Carl's with extra charge for each refill. Read more
Very disgusting coffee, and they have the nerve to charge more than three dollars for it. Coffee is very bitter. It's obvious... that it's old and that they've not cleaned the pot in a long time. Sooo disappointing. Read more
First thing - drive thru Rep sounded unprofessional on the speaker . 2nd I paid for my order and they made me pull forward and... wait 10 mins for my order in the Sun even though it wasn?t busy and there were no cars behind me. 3rd - I asked for ketchup andranch on side and they didn?t even include any condiments in the bag. Food was what I expected whenever I go to any Carl's. Employees were swamped (I ate lunch at 11:30am) so I can't blame them for... not giving me the best service, and no, I'm not complaining about the service. THE DISGUSTING RESTAURANT AND BATHROOMS!!! Attnfranchise owner: pay more/higher/competitive wages to attract people to want to work at your location, cheap skate! Then you'llhave enough staff to cover all bases. PUT MONEY BACK INTO YOUR RESTAURANT AND CLEAN IT, PAINT IT, AND MODERNIZE IT. Read more
I'm stuck in drive thru as I write this. We've been here for about 20 minutes and only had 3 cars ahead of us. Unbelievably slow... service. Edit: I got my order without a straw or ketchup and my fry pod was half empty. I ordered my drink without ice and ofcourse, it was packed with ice almost to the top. Their screen is broken and they don't repeat your order here so you can't eventell if they got your order correctly. This has to be the worst Carl's Jr. I've been to. Read more
They had a value menu which was nice and there was little traffic which meant the place was kept clean.
