We came in to this restaurant today for lunch. The food in the menu look so good. We order a plate and a sandwich but they had... ran out of french rolls for the sandwiches. I ended up getting the chicken bacon sandwich. We order two drinks thinking thatthey were going to be cold but they were room temperature (we got plastic bottles) We asked for a cup of ice and they said thatdidn't have ice. The sandwich was so bad! Jack in the box chicken ranch sandwich is way better than what I order here. After Itook a bite of the sandwich I went back to the counter and asked for a exchange. The guy I spoke to at first was nice and andwent to talk to the manager I guess. The Manager made me a plate considering the price I had payed for the sandwich. The chickenwas soft, nothing special. I rather eat Costco chicken. The Mac and cheese was so watery!! Like yellow liquid with pasta. Thebread hard as a stone. We payed $32.00 for this meal. I honestly felt bad for my husband. We were super hungry and thirsty. We came out of there thirsty and still hungry. Anyway, first and last time we go there. I had arrived at 9:15pm and me and my family had bought separate meals and they refused to let us eat inside the restaurant,... cause a they said they were cleaning the dinning area and they were going to close soon. They ran out of chicken, the ran out of certain desserts, they didn't inform me they had to replace the chicken I ordered with... the basic flavor one. The order was not ready when we got there and we arrived late to pick it up because we stopped at riteaid. I decided to order again today and it was worse than the first time. I ordered all white meat and was charged all whitemeat, but got the leg portion. The veggies were old at first I thought they were over cooked, but the carrots were undercooked. My camera makes them look better than what they actually looked. They were dark and dirty looking. I got no graveyfor my mashed potatoes. They didn't give me the corn breads that come with the 2 meals. The corn bread my daughter got shedidn't like because it was soggy. This location used to be great, but their standards are low now and very disappointing. Alsobe aware I ordered a side of corn and was charged 2.09 with the meal. My daughter wanted a side of corn and we paid 3.99 for aregular. They were exactly the same size. ???????? This visit was a Very bad experience with the 1.5 hour wait time and quality of food given to me. This was the second time I... come here for the Holiday Meal for Thanksgiving and it will be my last. The staff were unorganized, people were being handed thewrong food, some were overcharged and some underhanded, some had to cancel their orders and place them again in order to gettheir food which caused an even longer wait time. When I received my food at a glance everything looked fine but once I got hometo unpack everything, I was surprised to see the Salad and Steamed Veggies expired. I have uploaded pictures to show the proof.This is very disappointing considering how expensive this small meal was. I will never consider returning here after this.Whoever the manager is did a very poor job coordinating the way the service was to be provided to the customer. Horrible. Pre Ordered 22 to meals for my work Thanksgiving lunch. Asked to have it delivered at 12. No show. 1:30pm comes... around. I have angry employees, noone would answer the home to help me out. They show up at 2pm with 15 trays of food. So I wasshorted 7 meals. Still noone will call me back. Read more
