The Peet's app will take your money even if the order is unable to go through. The folks at the munras location in Monterey have... no idea how to rectify the situation. I called and spoke to a representative on the phone as suggested. I spoke to an customerservice rep who assured the charges would be removed before the end of day. Here we are three days later, and the charges arestill there and customer support is unwilling to help me have these refunded six separate charges in the amount of $17 repliedwith two separate cards. Over $100 . Unacceptable and a complete shame that I used to be an employee of this company many yearsago. By far superior coffee to Starbucks. Clean store, friendly staff, and just overall great atmosphere.
This is a pretty standard Peet's Coffee, but the outdoor seating area is awesome. Really enjoy going here for a coffee and... having a great area to sit and catch up on work. Read more
Best coffee shop hands down. Customer service is awesome and they treat you very nice. Not yo mention their brew of coffee is... second to none. In their coffee drinks you can taste the coffee and not just the sweet taste. So if you enjoy the real taste ofexcellent coffee ,hit up Peet's Best coffee ever. Read more
