This place was great! My sister and I actually ate here twice while we were staying in Monterey because it was so good. After ordering a small pepperoni pizza and paying for it online, the Mountain Mike website said that I would recieve an email... (which I provided) letting me know when my order had been received. After waiting for 15-20 minutes, I still had not recieved anemail. I assumed they were busy, and called. They told me my pizza was ready and waiting. I went to pick it up and politelyasked the cashier and another employee if they had received my email. They said that we don't email customers, however I didn'trecieve a call either that it was ready. When I told them that is what the website had said, they both seem surprised.They wereboth very polite, and the pizza tasty. However, how do you notify online customers that their order is ready? Also, I saw only 4other customers in the restaurant; they were seated. Maybe management should clarify this with them! Read more
Would not have known this was a chain had I not looked it up! And that's a compliment. EXCELLENT pizza from here. Great texture,... and even better flavor, with efficient service as well. Was staying in a hotel nearby, super easy to call in, walk over, pick upthe pizza, and take it back to the room. Read more
The pizza is decent. I'm tempted to add a star for the impressive bar with the huge projector screen. I bet this is a decent... hang out spot for televised sporting events. Three stars for tasty pizza from a chain pizza joint. I don't rate the same way alot of others do. 4+ is reserved for excellent and amazing. Having said that it's hard to go wrong here for your typical pizzaneeds. Read more
The nicest Mountain Mikes I've seen. High ceilings, glimmering bar on an opened split level rise, very clean, great lighting and... good service. Location is excellent. Read more
It's just a normal pizza. It can be improved a lot
We asked for half Everest no olives and half pepperoni large pizza. Does that look like half Everest to you? Plus the Everest... did not look like the one I order from Union City. Lack of toppings. It however was generous with the pepperoni. Read more
It was decent chain pizza. Relatively expensive but the pizza was large. Maybe will return.
