Food was good - pretty healthy options too. Service was really good. However, As a mom of a 3 month old baby, there was no... changing station in either bathroom so I had to find a corner in which to change the diaper. Although a pub?s audience is not somuch young families, I would have expected to find at least a change station. That is why I am giving a 4 star rating. Read more

Wait staff was rude at best. Cut me off while I was speaking, and after dropping off our order, never returned. We asked... questions and she responded with not an ounce of friendliness at all. The food was honestly awful. It looked like it had justbeen thrown on the plate. The burger was dry and was supposed to come with cheese which it didnt. Given she did not return tothe table at all, i couldnt inform her of the error. They serve corn chips instead of fries, which ok cool, but they tasted likethey had been sitting in an open bag for the last year or so. The person taking payments inside was also rude and short. Very bad service. We had to go inside and call the waitress when we needed something. They have to pay more attention to... clients. They looked mad and rude. Food was not fresh. Old and rotten salad mixed with some ?fresh?. They call nachos to chipTostitos. Long time to take orders. Read more

Had high hopes for this place, it looked good on the google search, but our first visit was a huge disappointment and we won't... be going back. Main reason is the food was terrible. We got the cheeseburger and bison burger, both were tough and dry. Mydaughter got the spaghetti and didnt finish it, saying it didn't taste like anything (she's not a picky eater). Also the servicewas very slow, we waited almost an hour for the food to come (arrived at 6:45 on a Tuesday eve, what the heck?) But the WORSTpart just to top off the whole experience, we stopped to use the ladies washroom before leaving and the one young female staffwho was in the washroom stall a LONG time, came out and left!
