I have previously reviewed Wendy's Tortas in Montebello and I will probably review it again. The food is delicious, the staff is... down to earth and friendly. Look, try their " Wet Burrito" with either green or red sauce. It is huge. Personally, it's a twomeal deal. Wear your mask, keep your distance, wash your hands, be safe. They took almost an hour to get out to go after they said it was going to take 15 minutes. When asked about the status of our... order they were rude like they were doing me a favor. The food is just OK and not worth the aggravation. With so many other goodplaces around where they value my money the choice is simple. Never coming back! Read more
Used to be good, has gone downhill. They were never fast but the food was good and the service was courteous. Today the wait... for a takeout order was 3x what was stated. When the time was 2x I inquired and got a curt answer that they "did not know offthe top of their head" bad customer service. This is the last time i waste my time here. Too many good places nearby. Short and to the point, Wendy's Tortas was a disappointment. I ordered a Carne Asada torta with avocado, it cost me just under... 10 bucks. For damn near 10 bucks I better get a damn good torta, but I didn't. Nothing about this torta stood out: not thebread, the beans, the meat or even the avocado. It wasn't the worst torta I've ever had, but it was not worth over 9 bucks oranything close to that. Read more
They changed ownership and is managed by a Mexican family, nothing wrong with that except the food changed dramatically, i had a... beef kabob and it was chewy, soggy and old . The just dont cook it right.Nothing like before..Original Armenian Family is gone.. Read more
The fish tacos with fresh salsa are excellent! Great service and the young lady in charge plays an eclectic mix of music. On... occasion she'll even serve the drive up customers on roller skates. Read more
