Horrible experience. Came in and ordered my food. Waitress got my families order all mixed up on our plates and couldn?t get our... orders correct. Gave me the wrong steak and sides and forgot my lobster. Brought this issue up to the server and they couldn?tget me the correct steak. I ended up settling for another steak that was not seasoned at all. Asked for a booster seat and thewaitress said she?d bring one then we later found out she clocked out and went on break. Asked for a togo box and they neverbrought it. Had to hunt down multiple people just to get some service. Then I was asked to tip for the service. We just walkedout at that point. It's been two years or more they closed this Sizzler in Montebello but I'm not sure it was very popular back them. Then they... reopen Sizzler they improved many things in the restaurant. My wife and I decided to have dinner at Sizzler since they openthey so many improvements looks better and nicer and thev food has gotten better. Read more

Jose, the manager, was so friendly and amazing. He took care of our large group and Moises served us promptly and well. The... salad bar was tasty and satisfying. Those that ordered food were really happy with their meals. We had a birthday celebrant andthey made a special treat for her. Will go back again! Thank you! Read more

Employees were great , servers, table service , greater the problem I had was with meal. Chicken patty with ham on top covered... in melted cheese. It looked and tasted. Frozen and microwaved .What a let down new location with food that looked like if achild could do in microwave. I visited other sizzlers. This location was disappointing in food preparation. Read more
