Obviously I'm not the only one who's gotten their order wrong. Manager was rude, condescending. I tried ordering through the... drive-thru. And took 30 minutes. Needless to say I left with my order. Parked further up only to find that they gave me thewrong order. There I go back into the restaurant. There was a line inside, waited and got looked by the manager as if I haddone something wrong. No I didn't. Finally called me up next. I told them that they gave me the wrong order. We ordered chickentenders and we got regular chicken. Though they exchanged it. My new box was tossed into the bag. They need more employees towork here. Manager needs to look happy, not miserable or angry. Maybe he needs training in customer service so that he trainhis employees too. Read more

Terrible customer service. Order spicy tenders they tell me wait 5 mins, been here 20 mins and they still tell me to wait... another 3 minutes. This place is ridiculous didn?t even offer free meal or to refund me either. And this is not the first timeI?ve gotten poor service here. I have a bad buying experience at his house tonight. I walk in the store at 8:33 pm and I order the five dollar shrimp box. The... guy told me I need wait 30 minutes. I say ok I don?t want it. And I go to dive way to order the box. Just spend 1 minutes getthe box. ??? Why. So funny. Read more
Update<1/17/2021> Surprise surprise, this place still disappoints. Even the specialty things are NOWHERE NEAR what they should... be. The new Rip'n' chicken i got its just a tender with 3 straw like strips at the top. ----?---------------------- Service hasgotten bad here, not sure if it's management or just the team working there, but it's not good at all. The day I walked inthere were 3 orders handed out wrong just in the couple minutes I was waiting in line. I went to get the mild strips combo, Iwas told it would be 3 minutes before they had the mild, half hour later they still didn't even put any mild strips to cook.Even the coleslaw has changed, it's being made with sweet relish to sweeten it up. Today, 12/06/2022 12:36pm, I had a real crispy, juicy and bouncy chicken sandwich. Really happy about the visit, I am very... satisfied about the food and cashier in Dine-in. Popeys is always a hit-or-miss to, either you met a rude cashier or gotten olddry chicken. I am a formmer employee as well, I know it's just the few bad apples ruining Popeye's name.
