Shout out to the two amazing employees that worked closing shift on 9/29/21. They were so nice and respectful. I actually had an... accident where the cup that I was given had a hole in it and only came out when I sat in my car and made a mess on my shirt. Iwent back in and explained and they offered napkins to help clean myself and made me a new drink. All was appreciated andeverything was settled perfectly by them. Kudos! Read more
Ok so I love Jamba Juice. I have been here before with my sister, the drink was not good. The mango go go tasted too bitter.... Months passed and I came here with my boyfriend and his family it was the same thing with the drink it didn?t taste good. I?mwilling to try again but I never go to that Jamba Juice also I?m afraid I?ll spend my money for it to taste bitter. Read more

Went in today, June 2nd around 2pm. No customer except myself. It should have been an uneventful experience but to me, it was... rare to be treated like I had from the person helping me. She was nice. She tried to be engaging. She acknowledged andconsidered my time waiting. She made sure I was able to carry everything. She made sure I had everything needed like spoonsand napkins. These are qualities that comes from a family member. You can train workers but her quality seems more like withinwhich is not common at all. I just went right now the door said open, Sundays close at 7pm, went before even 6:30 PM and was so excited to take my daughter... for the first time and the girl in there literally ignored us, no acknowledgement or no come to the door to say sonething, we'reout of who knows what, not look up. When I knocked she continued to look down and no looking or nothing, simply purposelyignoring us. The guy that was there seemed to be telling her and she did not care.
