For a restroom that's "seen hourly" it smells like cat litter and there's no toilet paper on either side. Also the sign says... "wash your hands thoroughly with soap", but there's no soap. Aside of that I would suggest adding a foot option to open thedoor. Since people aren't washing their hands properly and there might be more bacteria on that handle to add on. Read more

Bad customer service when I was recieving my food. She asked what sauces would you like. I said ranch and hot sauce. Since I... requested no mayo on the chicken sandwiches. She slammed in bag hand it to me and slapped the window so hard. That was veryrude. Possible supervisor lead or just regular employee that's awful service. The food is usually ok besides getting old fries once in a while and today i got a long hair with my egg rolls. The restaurant... is closed most of the night for maintenance from 12am to 5am evrytime I've gone after work between those hours there never open.It's across the street from were I live so I keep trying lol Read more

Lately, I've been stopping in here before class. And every time I have, I've noticed how slow the service in. And sometimes you... do not get greeted right away (or in a friendly tone). Today I came in as I would normally before heading to class. But Idecided to sit in and take my time with how tired I am (running on about 2 1/2 hrs of sleep due to work and needing to be atschool in a certain amount of time). With that being said, I finished my food and decided I wanted to allow myself to digest abit before going to class. But I ended up falling alseep accidentally for about half an hr. At some point one of the girls (notsure if it was one of the two cooks or the cashier) ends up yelling over the counter that I couldn't be sleeping there. (Iunderstand why I couldn't be sleeping/resting there) It just personally made me very uncomfortable because of how she wentabout it and because there were at least 5 other customers in the dinner when this happened.
