My order was for 4 pizzas but the shop forgot one. When I called to inquire the next morning, Ana tried to make me feel bad for... their mistake and said she wouldn't give me credit because I didn't call the night of the order. She argued with me andeventually she agreed to give me credit. Then a pizza shows up instead of the credit she promised. The whole thing was avoidableif they hadn't forgotten the pizza in the first place. I love domino's. The quality is always great. But this time the serviceprovided no empathy or understanding and I was treated like a child. She interrogated me asking why I didn't call right away.It's not her business that my mom passed recently and we were having a gathering. I have ordered from this dominos pizza two separate times. The first time I ordered on the Dominos app for delivery. The app... said that it would approximately take 60 minutes including delivery. I waited 2 hours and drove to the restaurant and my pizzawas not even made yet so I asked for my cash back. The manager was unprofessional and showed that he was unorganized with 7employees that I counted and my order wasn?t done in 2 hours that I patiently waited. Manager gave me my money back and asked tocome again one more time. Today March 12,2022 @4:25pm I called the restaurant this time, they put me on hold for 15 minutes anda female answered. She was rude and I heard her sigh through the phone. I ordered only 2 medium pizzas and the female I spoke tosaid the order will be ready in 20 minutes. I get there at 5:10pm and turns out my order was NOT ?taken? my order was NOT ?ready?. So I know this is a chain pizza place but I needed to leave a review. This was more about the service I received by a young man... that actually made me smile. I was treated as soon as I walked in the door even though he was busy doing his work near the preparea. Young man was courteous, attentive and respectful. Sadly this is something that we see less off in other venues. Alwaysglad to see that not all is lost when it comes to people doing their jobs with a smile As for my order, it was great. Place looks clean but you never know what?s behind the counter. Guy behind the counter not very friendly... pizza was COLD not... bad though. Second time here and using the tracker app. Not very useful even before the tracker says pizza is ready it alreadysitting on their rack getting cold. Great Pizza Joint. Pizzas and everything in the menu are made to order. Usual time for baking and out the oven is about 10... minutes or less. On busy Hours orders might take longer than usual but never the less you always get fresh baked goods. Read more
