I went to Amy's on 09/27/22 and bought 4 cakes, the $35 cake being white with lemon filling. To my great disappointment it was... marble with a custard filling. I called on 09/29/22, spoke to a manager who said bring in the wrong cake & exchange or come in &get a 6" cake & keep the wrong one. I drove 48 miles round trip & now they wanted me to make it 96 miles because of theirmistake. She said she'd call me back even though I offered to pay the difference between the 6" & 8" cake ($17). Over 4 hourslater she called saying come & get the 6" cake or we'll send you a $20 gift card. No compromise on their part. I spent $148 thatday (photo attached). I gave my address & said to mail the gift certificate. Today is 10/08/22 & I still haven't received thegift card. I'll never go there again! I can get better cake & service elsewhere. Read more
Too expensive and did not get what I wanted. Bad Impolite service. Definitely need to re-think their pricing and train their... employees. I asked 2 different girls for confetti around the outside of the cake and this is what I got. Not worth it. I shouldhave went somewhere else. Read more

Before the pandemic I would always come here and pick up pastries. Have always gotten good service, however lately that I?ve... been going , the service has been horrible. I understand I walked in an hour before closing however, all you have to do is outpastries in a box. First of all, the person who helped me rolled her eyes every time I asked for a pastry. Then once at thecashier I asked for a soda and again she rolled her eyes. As I was waiting for my boxes to be taped and ready to go, I receiveda call and was asked to wait on the side . I?ve always made made sure to stop by when I?m in the area because I drive from SanDiego, however it?s not worth it anymore. They just lost a customer. Read more
I drive 50 miles to purchase cakes and desserts from Amy's. About 6 years ago the white cake icing used to be sweet, fluffy, and... had a hint of vanilla or something that tastes and smells like vanilla and I miss that. I would give 5 stars for an improvedbuttercream icing. This bakery has awesome looking theme cakes. So 4.5 stars if I could! Read more
The best pastries I've ever tasted. They have a large selection.If you want a cake custom made order ahead. My son and I went... there to get a last minute birthday cake and wanted to add some more strawberries to a cake they had ready made. It just neededalittle more. But the cakes are sold as-is. They can't add or change anything. We still bought the cake they had and it wasdelicious. You will not be disappointed. The staff is friendly and the line moves quickly. Read more
