If you like steak and prime rib, this is the place! You get to choose what size of cut you want and how well done... and that's... it. There's no choices for burgers, shrimp, fish or pork. It's gonna be meat and a baked potato with a salad and theirdressing. Quincy's does one thing and they do it right! When the food hits the table it's coming the way they serve it andthat's it. By doing this, they have nearly ZERO wasted food. This saves them money so that they can buy better cuts of meat andoffer it at a fair price. So for steak and a soda, or steak and a beer or steak and a mixed drink... Quincy's is the place. And yes... they do have Roy Rodgers and Shirley Temple non-alcoholic drinks for the little ones. Great steak. If you're looking for a easy meal this is it, the only item on the menu is steak or if you prefer...steak. it's... cooked well and tastes great, and the margs are cheap, strong, and delicious! I only wish that they offered a salad dressingother than ranch. Read more
Wow wow wow! This place should have a solid 5 star rating. We were there tonight, on a Sunday, and had the filet mignon.... Absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked. Margaritas are spot on and the carrot cake was a delicious way to end the meal eventhough I didn?t really have room, I MADE ROOM ????. Excellent service and the owner is lovely. Stopped in after visiting the sand dunes. By far the best meal we?ve had in our 9 day trip through Colorado. Food, price and... service were top notch. Will return for sure if we?re a lever back in the area. Read more
So today i decided to go for a drive with my friend Dani, we decided to head southwest. We got hungry when we reached this town... called Monte Vista, Colorado. We decided to stop at Quincy's Steak & Spirits. We got the wednesday special. Which was also theonly thing they had on the menu for the day. Small, cozey, great staff, our server was welcoming and helpful! When it came tothe food, that filet mignon was on point, hot, juicy, the taste was so good. Mmmmmmmmmm. The margarita very good, thecheesecake! Oh man. We each got one. So bomb!!. Ever go back that way, i defitinetly have a place i know i like. Thank youQuincy's staff. First rate food and service in a true steakhouse atmosphere. Want there on a Sunday night when they were serving filet... only. Friday and Saturday are prime rib only. The rest of the week is filet. Definitely worth visiting anytime you can. Read more
My husband and I are truckers and stopped in town for our reset. Food was amazing. And I love that their menu is limited. Filets... only on certain days and prime rib on others. Steak was incredible and cooked perfect. Great drink selection and staff was kindand on it. Definitely adding it to our places. Read more
Awesome price for a whole steak dinner. Great presentation with variety of things. I like how lean their menu is; it?s very... efficient for the operation. I wish the filet mignon was more juicier though. Interesting house-made steak source saved it. Read more
