Very very rude. Came in at 5:45 and the guy was rude and said there closing soon. Didn?t even make it to the corner before I got... told there closing soon. The service for uber pick up is horrible they literally are talking to each other while the order is ready on the counter but... since they are always talking they take for ever to pack it up. I stood 10 minutes waiting it was only 2 drinks it was ready itjust needed to be pack. Great location in the middle of montclair center. Drjnks always prepared well but could take some time since staffing has been... an issue. Recently, the staff numbers have increased which has helped. I recommend ordering on the app if you are in a rush.Spot also has tables and booth areas for getting work done but don?t expect much privacy since this location is on the smallerside. Read more
After the renovation there's no place to sit and work really. Looks like they want to discourage that which is fine. But... that's what I need. Tiny round tables are not good for a laptop. Weird layout. People are great, always friendly. Coffee isusually great too. If you just want to sit and read or chat with a friend it might be perfect for you. Read more

I called the store to verify if they were actually out of oatmilk because my daughter who I breast feed has food allergies and... Celeste answers the phone and states they do. I explained to her that on the mobile order app it says that they don't and as I'mexplaining to her about my daughter's food allergies and thanking her she hangs up on me. I just took it as maybe they arereally busy. So i get to the store literally maybe like 3 people were in there but not at the register. So i walk up and as sheis about to take my order i just let her know like hey I'm the one who called i was trying to explain about my daughter's foodallergies and you hung up on me. Well she looks at me with this death stare and states that another young lady can take care ofme. So at this point she just has a disgusting attitude and no regards to the fact that I'm addressing food allergies and if mydrink is contaminated then it can severely harm my daughter. So I explained it to the young lady taking my order and thank GodIcey was there. She was very understanding and compassionate. I requested she makes my drink because she already knows about mydaughter's food allergies and has made it perfectly in the past. Well Celeste had a problem with this and catches yet anotherattitude because she wanted Icey to work the section where you heat up the bread and make sandwiches. Icey and I both statedthat I had specifically requested Icey make my drink and she spoke in a disgusting tone saying well when she finishes to go tothat station. Her attitude sucks and her disrespect and disregard for a nursing mother who's child has food allergies isdisgusting. She needs better training. Even when i told her that she hung up as i was explaining to her about the allergies shecouldn't be bothered to apologize. Very very rude and unprofessional.
