If you like an old school Nj/American dining experience this is it. Nothing Spanish about this place except the cd that was... playing. Overbearing waitstaff, to invasive and even though they described everything you could tell it was all reading out of abook. Our waiter was really excited about the upcoming “flamingo” show. We were looking for a nice dimly lit restaurant when we stumbled upon this place accidentally. It was not only beautiful, but... also had a very classy and fun atmosphere. The staff delivered quality service as they were very tentative and friendly. Theycame to check on us countless times and took great care of us. Fabio was a notably fantastic host and quite the comic. The foodwas also incredible. I tried octopus for the first time and i must say the flavor and texture were outstanding.
