I been here twice and to be honest besides the many choices of sandwiches not sure how this is much different then most delis. ... I realize the wait at any place now is linger than we've been use to but for some reason this day it was extra long. Read more
Millburn Deli in Montclair, keep up the great work one of the best in the state to order and eat from everything is on point... from the service to the staff. I had the Pastrami with Swiss Chesse on rye and colesaw salad and pickles my goodness. Don't knowwhat the next combo I'll try yet still deciding. Great job folks. Read more
Worst customer service. Their system changed the quantity of the order and they wouldn't accept ownership of the problem and... charged me for correcting the quantity."contact website support if you want a refund" is their idea of customer service. No wayto call them to correct the order ; had to go to the store to correct the problem and then its too late, they had already madethe incorrect order. 7 staff visible in the store and 3 customers waiting to pick up but no way to call in?! Doing everythingon the web is not a good idea especially if your software scrambles the order. Read more
Double the price of everywhere else, nothing special about the sandwich I got. It wasn't bad. The facility looked clean and had... lots of options. The staff was friendly and prompt. I think my hopes were too high. I saw a sandwich being built in the backwith a lot of high quality fresh mozzarella on it and got excited. I'll try again with a sandwich like that soon. Read more
