What an amazing place!!! The drinks are well prepared here and taste amazing. And they have awesome friendly staff.I?ve been... coming to this lactation for several months and I?m very satisfied with this location and staff. A special mention to one ofthere greatest Trevor. Has an awesome spirit great attitude and loves what he does working here at Starbucks of Montclair. Anyconcerns with drinks he fixes the issue with a fantastic attitude. If the Starbucks higher ups are reading this comment I justwant to let you know you have a great member of staff working with you guys if I were you I would give him a raise and apromotion. He deserves it I come to this Starbucks location everyday and he has a great spirit that he spreads to his staff andcustomers. Trevor is a hard working passionate kind person.A couple weeks ago he helped someone who was stuck outside and hadcar battery problems. And he was happy to help. I?ve never met such a nice humble helpful person EVER. I will keep coming tothis location and consume because people like him with a welcoming joyful spirit he gives to everyone is what brings a smile toeveryone. Great customer service. Coffee was ok.
This location takes a minimum of 30 minutes to complete any order at any time of day, whether they're very busy or not. I once... placed a mobile order, and 40 minutes later, I came in to pick up my drink: they hadn't even started my order and weren't goingto start it any time soon. I was late to work and didn't even get my coffee. This has been my experience EVERY time I come tothis location. Other than the ridiculous wait times, they're fine. Man I wish I would have asked the guys name! But he had the most excellent customer service, when they didn?t have my drink he... offered a substitution close near it and even asked me to taste it in case I did not like it. I liked it even better than theusual. Great employees here. Read more

I love this Starbucks I have had multiple great experiences here with the staff. I Always stop in for my drinks or water and the... service is just exceptional. Today Trevor Helped me Order my Iced Green Tea with a touch of cool lime and I loved it his servicereally exceeded my expectation. Ruben the manager is also friendly and helpful.
