I've come here often as the food quality and ratio of rice to sashimi was pretty good. It appears that they recently changed... management and have increased their prices as well as decreased in food quality. Prior times I've been here if I left any sushirice (small amounts of course) they wouldn't say anything. This time I left 1/4 of 1 piece of sushi (literally smaller than thesize of the tip of my pinky finger) and the Korean female manager said she will charge me if I do the same thing next round. Ihave attached a photo of the Philly cheese roll. As you can see if was pretty much all cream cheese. You couldn't even taste anysalmon at all. Furthermore, I asked for smoked salmon on my first round and they didn't have any. I believe that that should'vebeen posted somewhere in the front if they are out of a certain fish because I wouldn't have dined there had I known. I alsocouldnt differentiate between the salmon belly and regular salmon just by taste or quality like I was able to before. Also,usually when the server would bring my plate they would tell me which sashimi or roll was which. This time however they justdropped the plate and left without a single word. My pepsi was also watered down to where I tasted more water than I did pepsi,not to mention the cup was 3/4 full of water. During the time I was there, it appeared to be at the same time as 2 of theirregular parties as the Korean manager said, "oh you didn't get your regular." During the entire time I was there they wouldcheck in on them constantly leaving the rest of us alone for quite some time. After this experience and my last one that Ididn't leave a review for (our sushi still had ice on it when it reached our table) my family and friends will no longer bereturning to this establishment. Great selection when ordering their all you can eat. Food is tasty.
Really enjoyed my meal, 2nd time coming here. Dinner hour during the week is less busy compared to the weekend(obviously) 2... bento box & 2 all you can eat . We had 2 rounds of sushi but our 2nd round was confused with our 1st, we tried to let staffknow right away so no products were wasted in the process. First time trying it, got a lunch box. The rolls were large and a very good size compared to other lunch bento boxes I've had.... The fish was fresh as well. I'll definitely be going back to try the specialty rolls next Read more
All you can eat sushi pretty fair price with a large selection of rolls and appetizers. Amazingly they even had keto options for... the sushi rolls which was a first for me, but delicious. I came here for the second time to see if the service was better thanthe first time, and it was so much better the staff was friendly and attentive despite the fact they were packed full of peoplethis will be my new place to eat sushi definitely a must try. The service was awful. But the food was amazing. Best all you can eat sushi I've ever had. Great selection. Even complained... about the service halfway through and it still didn't improve. We were left waiting so long even after complaining that wealmost gave up on paying the bill. Almost. Read more
We have been to this place a few times for AYCE and are usually pretty pleased. I'm not sure what happened but it seems there... are different people working there from when we started going. They have a sign out front that asks you to be patient with themas there is a food shortage and they are short staffed but to me it seemed they were fully staffed today. Upon arrival the placewas pretty empty but they sat us right by another family, I should probably have just asked for a different table. During ourlunch visit we experienced a diminished quality in food and service. Our check was brought to us before we had even received ourfinal round of food, then as we waited for our final round of food they kept asking us if the bill was ready, we hid it so theywould stop coming by. There was a woman with a notepad who kept going around to all the occupied tables looking at them andwriting something down. She paused in front of each tablewatching for a few second it actually got a little uncomfortable. Theytried to clear plates we were still eating from which is funny because they say they will charge if you don't finish your AYCEfood. Some sushi rolls were falling apart with a lower quality of sushi than what we have been served there over the pastseveral months. Desert is part of their AYCE and they brought our ice cream out before the rest of our food which took quite awhile. After we got the last of our food but still needed a napkin I saw our waitress leave, she did not come back and we nevergot the napkin but as soon as we put our payment in the folder someone showed right up. There were a lot of little flies thatkept flying by us as we ate. It wasn't just one thing that went wrong. The staff lacked etiquette and the food quality was notup to my standard.
