Fries are so good and I always enjoy them. I took out one star because I think they are overpriced. It is $8.99 (at time of... writing) for the Giga size BBQ original, plus Montclair city sales tax. This brings it to about $9.80 total. I was a normalcustomer at their Ontario Mills Mall location (come weekly), but recently came here due to shorter distance. I think theyrecently opened at this location within the year or so. The Ontario Mills Mall price for the Giga size BBQ original is $8.50total (with sales tax included). Other than the overpriced fries, everything else is great at this location. The staff is good,the fries are good, just not the price. Read more

I personally really enjoy the fries, it?s either a hit or miss. What I do hate is how long it takes to make a set of fries;... ?We?ll call your name when it?s ready.? I stepped aside to wait however instead the employees were just talking instead ofhaving everything set up (preparing/cooking the fries nor sauce). Don't buy from here! Terrible place and customer service. I got there before closing time. And they didn't want to make my... order. Just 1 set of fries. Unbelievable. All the while they were making other people's orders. What a shame. I really did liketheir fries, but it only takes 1 bad experience I guess. Read more

I think they need to be retaught how to make the fries properly. They have a bad habit of making the fries, putting them in the... shaker, and letting them sit with the salt, then walk away to do other things. By the time they get around to shaking the friesthe salt clumps up and the fries don't get evenly coated. You just get these large clumps of salt. I hope they can figure it. Read more
