Yesterday I came to pick up an order for an Uber Eats Costomer. I ride an electric bike. So they have 2 rest rooms. 1 restroom... was claimed to be out of order. I needed to use the restroom while I was waiting for my pickup but someone was in there. When Igot my pick up and started leaving I saw the manager walking into a restroom that was claimed to be out of order. They don'tlet a food delivery driver use the other restroom that's claimed to be out of order. What if I had to wait so long the foodstarts to get cold? If anytime I go through this situation again I will not pick up for this Panda Express again. Because Iwant to make sure I deliver this food while it's still hot. Read more

Nice employees and good food. This store does a good job of forecasting sales/orders so that the food that is pre-cooked does... not sit too-long in the heated display bins where the customers view and order. Further to that, I do not mind one bit if I needto wait for a fresh order to be completed if the display bin is empty as the chef's wok-it-up quickly and deliciously. Thereason for the one-less star is I wanted to try a new menu item that was displayed in ad banners in-store but the employeestated the item was unavailable because the sauce ingredients for the dish were delayed due to supple-chain issues. Perhaps thatis not the fault of the store but take down the display for the new item until it is indeed available. Read more

I order off the app. I swear Panda serve less food when your not present. Also didnt give me orange chicken order. Ask for chili... sauces. Only gave me one. Im done with this location. Worst one ever. Read more

I?m not sure what the confusion is with their new Covid Applied system but, it does not take 30 minutes to pour vegetables,... chicken, and rice onto a container. Furthermore to not know how to interact with customers. Its a basic transaction. Get yoursystem in order. Only posting this because this is my third and final try. Gave this particular establishment the benifit of thedoubt but, over it. Slow service, super greasy food, zero customer service. Never coming back. Hangry is an understatement. Tothe counter worker who gave me attitude. Have the day you deserve. Read more

Was not fresh in the slightest. When I came in at 2:00pm the cooks were not cooking food and most of the trays were empty. I... waited for them to "cook" (saw no cooking) beijing beef and finally after 10 minutes it was ready. The rice and chaw mein lookeddiscolored as well as all the veggies. The orange chicken is hard as a rock and the meat is brown and old. Again the rice andchaw mein tasted awful, old and undercooked. I eat panda once a week from the grove ave location and this one was just awful! Ihad to stuff it down because i haven't ate all day and was starving. If you look at the pictures I posted of the veggies theylook awfully discolored/old. Read more
