tried calling multiple times, i ordered large fries and i didn?t not get a single soft fry, all fries were hard and crunchy to... bite on. the boy that was working the on the drive thru side sounded like he hated to be there. i called to let the managerknow, the manager Alexis, didn?t get her last name because ?i didn?t need to know? according to her. when i told her about thefries being too hard she asked ?did you ask for your fries to be fresh?? i didn?t know you had to ask for your food to be fresh.If Alexis is the manager and her attitude being like that then i can only imagine what the rest of the staff is like. don?t goto this mcdonald?s! The meat was raw. My son started feeling sick after.. So sad that the workers even get paid more than other companies pay they... workers..Never buying McDonald's again. Read more

I ordered a 6 piece McNugget through the drive thru today, and to my surprise when I opened my bag instead of nuggets I received... a box full of what looks to me thousand island sauce. Not only did I basically overpay for disgusting sauce. But it wasincredibly messy. I understand that fast food places are busy. But I can?t imagine someone would order a side of thousand islanddressing for something. Seem to always have problems with this McDonald?s. Read more

What can I say. You know it's bad when McDonald's let's you down. I never have very high expectations of McDonald's but you... usually know what your gonna get. 10 minutes for our order,...burgers cold cheese was never melted, mcnuggets Luke warm friesroom temp. Oh and I don't mask but these guys are supposed too I guess but really look foolish with masks down off your noses. Read more

Very busy location Clean Well lit Staff appears to move slow It was fairly busy when I arrived at 10:57 a.m. to pick up a... Doordash order. However, I was told they didn't have it. I contacted Doordash Support and was instructed to place order Inotified customer of situation. She thanked me for the update. When I went to place order the employee in the front asked forthe Order Number. I was told it had been received and order would be completed. It turned out to be a very long wait andnotified customer again. During my wait I observed the employees in the front and back appear to move rather slow despite thefact the Manager was working alongside them. I also observed and heard an employee totally dismiss a customer who had walked inand asked if anyone was taking orders since there was nobody in the front. The employee replied she was on her break andproceeded to walk past into the back of restaurant. It appeared employee was part of Management by their uniform. The customergot visibly upset and walked out. Totally unacceptable. I would not have the blamed the customer if she would have asked forthe Manager. But she didn't. If a Mystery Shopper would have seen and heard all of this they would have given this location avery low score. In total I waited 29 minutes! I proceeded to deliver order. Customer was not upset and very understanding. Iwould hesitate to return to this location again. Read more

Yesterday July 30, 2022 I ordered breakfast in the driveThru: Sausage McMuffin well done and coffee. Was asked if I wanted the... Bread well done. I said no, the Sausage well done. So the cook burned the bread, just because the cook felt like it I guess. Iate the well done sausage, threw away the burned bread. Wish I could upload the picture I took. If I order a lg fríe I expect it to be large and to be full. Not half way not a little less than half. And reseting your times... in drive thru (timer/clock) Get better get faster yall are not worth 15 an hour. Read more
