Ramen was excellent and I especially loved the thick cut pork. The gyoza could've been more crispy but I got it for the... spiciness which it delivered in spades. The crispy tuna rice was okay. Could be more active with customers coming and going. Read more
Veggie ramen and dumplings were so good! At first I was like hmm Brussels sprouts? but then took one bite and it blew me away... and the spicy level was on point! Will order again! Just wished the restaurant open till 10pm so I can make it in time afterwork! Read more
Ramen is good, but they need to up their karaage game! The batter is thick (reminds me of popcorn chicken) and the meat tastes a... little plain.The main star seems to be the sauce. IMO, a real karaage should be crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside,typically marinated with sake and soy sauce. Read more
Excellence!! We appreciate flavor!! We appreciate authenticity especially when it comes to FOOD!! ???? Location is great wasn't... too crowded and my entire family enjoyed it! Very very delicious recipe here at Kotsu Ramen and Gyoza. Oh and by the way thevideos were amazingly delightful and bursting with flavor! I got the Kotsu Flame which is the hottest one and it was just rightif you like spicy!! My three-year-old daughter got the chicken and rice and whatever kind of sauce that is on the chicken isamazing!
