I am rating this Farmer boys with a low score for two reasons. The first reason is because the sevice is very poor the woman who... took my order was seemed to have an attitude with me because I was not sure how my friend was going tobwant his his three eggbreakfast and she seemed bothered because i had to call to confirm mind you there was no one else waiting. She gave me my changeand receipt. After waiting for about 20 minutes. I finally waiting so long I went to another cashier to ask why it was takingso long, because I noticed two other guest getting their orders first before my two breakfast and burrito. As I asked the newcashier to check on my order the women who had originally taken my order told the new cashier that my order was coming up next.But the women I asked to check came back to ask me for my receipt because she was not seeing my order. It turned out the thecashier who helped me did not give the kitchen staff my receipt, so my order was never placed. Of course it made me upset tothink that the woman has been there for over a year and said she did notice giving me the receipt that was meant to go to thekitchen to place my order. After getting back home with my order found the breakfast to be served short of eggs and hashbrowns. It definitely lacked the large known servings Farmer Boys is known for. My friend then let me know that he has beenhaving issues with his orders constantly getting served wrong. We pay for a service and we all know that now a days the cost ofmeals and gas are no longer cheap and was the reason I walked inside to try to get my order right. The order was right but theserving of the meals were very disappointing along with the order not even getting placed to begin with. I just don't recommendanyone else have to go thru same. So I can't give this Farmer Boys a good rating. The employees need to learn to take pride intheir work. Read more

I feel surprised about how service and food quality of this location goes down. I used to come to this farmer boys a lot. But... when I shopped recently, I found most staffs have been changed. Cashier is very rude and unprofessional. The manager doesn?twant to help customers with issues. There are homeless people around and also in store. Inside is noisy and dirty. They don?thave contactless payment and there is no way you can get refund when they mess up with your transaction. Food quality is goingdown. I received cold sandwich and raw things. Price is also going up. I don?t recommend this place and won?t return. Read more
I used to go to farmer boys a lot got kind of tired of it but it's been a while so now we are back at it again. Customer service... was good...food was good...short lines at the drive thru but I'm used to always getting super big sandwiches, the more food forthe price the better but this pastrami sandwich was so thin not worth $10 shoulda got a fat burger for $7 but overall taste wasgood. The fries were soggy and oily for the first time. Check your food before you leave. Called to get a fresh order of fries another... day since it was late but manager said I had to take the fries back so they can see. With a 3 year old thats hungry thats not aneasy task. It was 9pm when we got home. We are 1 mile away. It's only one order of fries and manager did not want to replacethem another day. This location is a franchise which is probably the reason why they can't just do that. I won't be coming hereagain????. Last week they had no lemons and today the same story. Read more
