Location: Okay, Parking : Good, Service: Okay, Did I find what I was looking for: Yes, was it difficult to find: not easy,... Overall: I have been to through this Barnes and Noble many times. They seem to have a decent selection of books and magazines. But what I was looking for seem more difficult. I walked through the Cd/ DVD department and it looked quite disheveled as ifwas not important. The Artists were loosely banded together by letter but I still had to search more as if they were morescattered. The albums looked even worse as they did no to properly placed. As we get closer to the holiday season I always feltthat how an area looks can mean much when it comes to sales. I hope they place more effort on product placement in the next fewweeks.... Read more
I?m here tonight the 19th at 8pm and I was waiting for the cafe and the woman working there ignored me. Like saw me and just... started Saran wrapping the cookies and some woman was talking to her about a Starbucks secret menu so I was like oh okay I?llwait my turn and then after like 8 minutes and the lady leaving I just went and sat down? I mean she saw me and then a girl camejust close and she was so nice to her? I don?t understand if I did something wrong but I loved it here and she was just likerude to me for no reason? They didn?t close for another hour? But idk what I did to her? I just wanted tea it wasn?t gonna belike a Karen order? Literally left Barnes right now because some girl at this Barnes and Noble assumed my daughter opened toys that were by the way... already opened. My husband tried to explain things to her but she did not once pay attention and said that my daughter was notable to get near the toys anymore when literally other kids were there playing with the stuffed animals ?? We come almosteveryday and definitely will not come back anymore. My daughter is a 2 year old so how the hell can she opened them? And thisgirl whatever her name is had glasses with a black and white shirt. My husband will call tomorrow for this as well becauseinstead of assuming she should?ve checked the cameras first. The kids really enjoy Barnes and Noble. There is a big kids section where they can run around and find their books and toys.... They have little seating areas for them too. Very surprised by this! Read more
My favorite of the last standing Barnes & Nobles. Plenty of books on stock and if I need to order a book the staff is quick and... efficient. The Starbucks has vegan treats and that makes it a win-win-win for me (books galore- great service-vegan eats at SB)???? Read more
I really enjoy going to a nice bookstore when I can find them. The prices here are full cover price on most everything I was... looking at. Not sensible for me to buy from B&N when online they are sometimes 40% less. This location is looking run down. Thecarpet is pretty disgusting throughout. Difficult to understand why they were paying hip hop. Workers, what few were therecompletely ignore you. Shame, I feel we bookstores still but they've all but given up. Read more
