very slow service. if you want to spend you whole day to wait in drive-thru line than you must visit this location.
Absolutely terrible. Maybe 2 people on staff. No hustle evident. Took over 30 minutes to place order and 20 more to get it.
The manager Jimmy (Mont Tremblant/ Petro Canada location) was very helpful, kind and respectful. Lost my purse in the washroom... at McDonald?s along with my keys, wallet, glasses. He knew exactly what to do and say to make me feel comfortable and that myitems were safe. He has great costumer service and was so pleasantly positive. THE WORST MCDONALD'S IVE EVER BEEN TO!! Waited 45 minutes in the drive thru with only a few cars ahead. They were understaffed... and absolutely rude two works working there. Worst McDonald's service l've ever experienced! Read more
Very slow.. they never change fryer oil. The chickens we had seems like fried in the oil that wasn't changed for months. Realy... hate it. I'm changing from 3 stars to 1 star. I hate it. Also so slow in taking orders . See my photos you can see how darkthe chicken is. Read more
This McDonald's outlet is located on a Tourist spot (Mt. Tremblant) where people visit not only from within Canada, but all over... the world. Even then there was not a single staff member which could speak English or these young boys(Employees). In additionto that these young boys (Employees) were extremely rude and abusive. They didn't guve us our complete order and told us to comearound on the window again. My 1st worst ever experience at any Mcdonalds anywhere in the world. McDonald's corporationsshould take a notice of this outlet. Read more
